Dr. Green received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University receiving departmental honors for his thesis on Ultra-Early Detection of Colorectal and Pancreatic Cancer via Partial-Wave Spectroscopy. He developed an interest in global health and medical device design while studying abroad at The University of Cape Town where he collaborated with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology to increase efficiency and throughput of the public health clinics throughout South Africa. He attended the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine where he was awarded the Warren L. Bostick Award for Excellence. He continued at UC Irvine for his internship in internal medicine and is currently a PGY-4 at UC San Diego in radiation oncology. He is active in clinical research in Prostate, Head and Neck, GI, Thoracic and Gynecologic related cancers and has presented at many national radiation oncology conferences including ACRO, ASCO, ASTRO, and ARS.
