"I think that it is a great opportunity to ask questions that you may not be able to ask a mentor at your home institution. Also, specifically for me, I want to live in a certain area and I was paired with someone who is familiar with the area and gave great ideas as to how to proceed with making connections, etc. At my residency program, there really is no private practice experience, so it is nice to be able to talk about the differences with someone who has experienced both types of jobs and also non-clinical jobs."
"Excellent opportunity to discuss mentees' aspirations, job issues, concerns, etc."
"Opportunity to meet with trainees and discuss career options, challenges facing contemporary practice, and introduction to other members of the College."
